At NOTTOX, we stand behind the quality of every product we offer. Due to the nature of certain products, our return policy varies by brand.

NOTTOX Skin & Hair Care Products

All sales are final.

For the safety of our customers and to maintain the highest standards of product quality and integrity, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any NOTTOX skin or hair care products. Because these products are intended for personal use, we cannot verify whether they have been opened, altered, or exposed to contamination once they leave our facility.

Mauka Made Peptides

All sales are final.

To protect product integrity, quality assurance, and research standards, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any Mauka Made Peptides products. This policy helps ensure that every product distributed meets our strict handling and quality requirements.

Po’ola Union Apparel

We gladly accept returns on eligible Po’ola Union apparel within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To qualify for a return, apparel must:

  • Be unworn and unused.
  • Be in its original condition.
  • Include all original tags (if applicable).
  • Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, damage, or signs of washing.
  • Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused or returned to the customer.

Unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
